{"id":16195,"date":"2024-05-10T17:53:27","date_gmt":"2024-05-10T12:23:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jcgreenenergy.in\/?p=16195"},"modified":"2024-05-10T17:59:31","modified_gmt":"2024-05-10T12:29:31","slug":"what-is-surya-ghar-muft-bijli-yojana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jcgreenenergy.in\/index.php\/2024\/05\/10\/what-is-surya-ghar-muft-bijli-yojana\/","title":{"rendered":"What is surya ghar muft bijli yojana?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul>\n<li>PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana approved by the Indian government to increase solar rooftop capacity and empower residential households to generate their own electricity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The scheme has an outlay of Rs 75,021 Cr. and will be implemented till FY 2026-27 with a Central Financial Assistance(Subsidy) component of Rs 65,700 Cr. &nbsp;for residential households<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rest approx. 10,000 cr. Is allotted to DISCOM incentive, awareness, smart solar villages etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All eligible subsidy claims will be settled within the implementation period of the scheme from March 31, 2027 The scheme would be implemented through a centralized national portal (<a href=\"https:\/\/pmsuryaghar.gov.in\">https:\/\/pmsuryaghar.gov.in<\/a>).<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the baseline benchmark cost for FY 2023-24 for setting up of rooftop solar systems, the following CFA structure shall be applicable<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>S. No.<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Type of Residential Segment<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>CFA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>1<\/td><td>Rooftop solar plant of capacity up to 2 kW in residential household<\/td><td>Rs. 30,000 per kW or part<br>thereof<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>&nbsp;2<\/td><td>Additional capacity for plant capacity ranging between 2 kW and 3 kW<\/td><td>Rs. 18,000 for additional<br>kW or part thereof<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>&nbsp;3<\/td><td>Additional Capacity beyond 3 kW<\/td><td>No additional CFA<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>&nbsp;4<\/td><td>Group Housing Societies\/ Residential Welfare Associations (GHS\/RWA) etc, for common facilities, including EV Charging, up to 500 kW (@3 kW per house), with the upper limit being inclusive of individual rooftop plants installed by individual residents in the GHS\/RWA<\/td><td>Rs. 18,000 per kW<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application procedure from the customers\u2019 end:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Customer can choose vendors from the portal and apply for solar installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solar will be installed in a mutually agreed rate between vendor and the customer with compliance to the technical specifications <strong>(Specially using DCR SPV Modules)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After installation and completion, customer will get the subsidy directly to their bank account after approval from the DISCOM<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vendor registration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Vendors want to participate in this should register on the portal with documents and a PBG (Rs. 2.5 lacs for each state and Rs. 25 lacs for pan India with validity of 5 years, eligible to work upto 200kWp.
